If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect we will replace or refund it without charge. Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Products are not eligible if it is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
To place a claim, please contact Zero Grid Customer Support and provide details on the nature of your product defect. We may request photos of the defective item, or request that the defective item be shipped back to us.
Upon review when a warranty claim is approved, Zero Grid will ship a replacement product free of charge. The replacement product will be the same as the product originally ordered. Credit card refunds are only eligible for claims placed within the first 30 days after the order purchase date.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
